Patterson recently helped Pope & Land Real Estate source JV equity financing for its acquisition of 100 Midtown, a 118-unit, 330-bed student housing community in Atlanta. The project is located on 10th Street in Midtown near Georgia Tech.

Patterson Real Estate Advisory Group Sources Debt Financing for Three IOS Sites

Patterson Real Estate Advisory Group is pleased to announce its involvement in assisting TRUX Parking and Albany Road Real Estate Partners acquire a portfolio of IOS sites across the U.S. In 2022, Patterson arranged a programmatic joint venture partnership between TRUX Parking and Albany Road Real Estate Partners. The partnership has since acquired six sites, including three sites recently financed by ServisFirst Bank, located in Salt Lake City, UT, Greensboro, NC, and San Antonio, TX.

Patterson Real Estate Advisory Group is thrilled to announce our successful involvement in the capital raise process for Peeples Valley, a 97-unit build-for-rent townhome development near downtown Cartersville, GA, just northwest of Atlanta. The project will be a collaborative effort between The Macallan Group/McNeal Development and BCDC. First Carolina Bank is the lender on the project. Middleburg Communities is the preferred equity partner. Crawford Creek Communities is the general contractor and RangeWater Real Estate is responsible for leasing and management.

Mack Robinson College of Business are selected to receive the Patterson scholarships based on their outstanding character, demonstrated academic achievement, and activity within the community. Ms. Novack, a senior, hopes to further her education in GSU’s Master of Real Estate Program and later enter the field of commercial real estate.

Patterson Real Estate Advisory Group is proud to have led the capital raise and debt placement process for Dwellings at Nowell Creek, a luxury build-for-rent townhome community in Nowell Creek Village on Daniel Island, Charleston, SC. Developed in partnership by Holder Properties, East West Partners, and SilverCap Partners, this marsh-front community will feature 50 townhomes with premier amenities on 5.5 acres. Patterson arranged majority equity with SilverCap and construction financing with Georgia Banking Company.
