Patterson Sources Debt and Equity Financing for Savona Mill Multifamily Development in Charlotte, NC

Patterson Real Estate Advisory Group was pleased to facilitate Portman Residential’s recent close on equity and debt construction financing for the development of Savona Mill Multifamily Phase I, a 321-unit, Class A multifamily project in Charlotte, NC. The property will be a part of Portman’s Savona Mill master-planned mixed-use community, which will also include 183,072 SF of creative office and 16,000 SF of retail space in the historic adaptive re-use mill building, and Portman Residential’s 331-unit phase II multifamily development. Patterson arranged equity financing with J.P. Morgan Asset Management and debt financing with Truist.
