Patterson’s Bennett Souter and Luke Christian Selected for Commercial Real Estate Leadership Programs

Patterson is proud to announce that two of our team members, Bennett Souter and Luke Christian, have been selected for industry leadership programs: ULI Atlanta’s Center for Leadership Class of 2026 and the 2025 NAIOP Future Leaders program.

Bennett was recently selected to participate in ULI Atlanta’s Center for Leadership Class of 2026. This nine-month program is designed to cultivate leadership and life-strategy skills by teaching emerging leaders in real estate and land use how the Atlanta region gets built and how their decisions shape the future of the built environment.

Luke was selected for the 2025 NAIOP Future Leaders program, where he is actively participating. This program creates an avenue for service in NAIOP GA Chapter leadership, fosters connections with other developing leaders in the industry, and supports NAIOP GA Chapter initiatives through education, networking, communication, and service.

We are proud of Bennett and Luke for their achievements and look forward to the impact they will continue to make in shaping the future of our industry.

Todd Flaman, Co-Managing Partner at Patterson Real Estate Advisory Group, was a panelist at the Bisnow Atlanta State of the Market event held earlier this week. He participated in the “Finance and Investment Strategies: Leading and Trailing Asset Types in the Market” panel, which explored the asset classes poised for growth or regression and how to maximize returns in today’s environment.

Todd was joined by Matt Bronfman, CEO & Principal at Jamestown; Vikram Mehra, Senior Managing Director at Hines; Scott Werbell, Managing Director of Acquisitions at The Ardent Companies; and Jeffery Graham, Managing Partner at The Graham Group. The panel was moderated by Nellie Sullivan, Partner at Holland & Knight.

Since joining in 2015, Laura has played a key role in the company, raising over $3 billion in financing, and helping clients with strategic advice. Her hard work and leadership have been instrumental in our success, and we’re thrilled to see her step into the Managing Director role.

Bennett, who came on board in 2023, has already made an impact with his hard work and enthusiasm. As an Associate, he’ll take on more responsibility in underwriting investments and developments and work more directly with clients and capital.
