We’re proud to highlight Ken Grimes, Senior Managing Director and Partner at Patterson Real Estate Advisory Group, who served as Co-Chair of the ULI South Carolina 16th Annual Capital Markets Conference alongside Katie Blum of East West Partners. Ken not only helped lead this important event, but also delivered the opening remarks, setting the stage for two days of insightful discussions and thought leadership in the capital markets sector.

In addition, Lance Patterson, CEO and Founder of Patterson Real Estate Advisory Group, attended the conference and participated in the session “Capital Confusion 2.0 – Emerging from the Fog: A Capital Markets Discussion.” Lance shared his expertise alongside a distinguished panel of industry leaders: John Cannon, Pinnacle Financial Partners; Robert Niedzwiecki, JP Morgan Investment Management; and Rachel Hunter-Goldman, KKR. Together, they provided valuable perspectives on the evolving landscape of capital markets.

Patterson is pleased to announce its involvement in successfully sourcing the construction financing for the third phase of East West Partners “The Waterfront Daniel Island” a for-sale, luxury residential development featuring 30 condominium units, 11 townhome units, and 6 paired cottages. Patterson arranged the construction loan with Western Alliance Bank.

Developed in partnership by Holder Properties, East West Partners, and SilverCap Partners, this marsh-front community will feature 50 townhomes with premier amenities on 5.5 acres. Patterson arranged majority equity with SilverCap and construction financing with Georgia Banking Company.
