We’re proud to highlight Ken Grimes, Senior Managing Director and Partner at Patterson Real Estate Advisory Group, who served as Co-Chair of the ULI South Carolina 16th Annual Capital Markets Conference alongside Katie Blum of East West Partners. Ken not only helped lead this important event, but also delivered the opening remarks, setting the stage for two days of insightful discussions and thought leadership in the capital markets sector.

In addition, Lance Patterson, CEO and Founder of Patterson Real Estate Advisory Group, attended the conference and participated in the session “Capital Confusion 2.0 – Emerging from the Fog: A Capital Markets Discussion.” Lance shared his expertise alongside a distinguished panel of industry leaders: John Cannon, Pinnacle Financial Partners; Robert Niedzwiecki, JP Morgan Investment Management; and Rachel Hunter-Goldman, KKR. Together, they provided valuable perspectives on the evolving landscape of capital markets.

Patterson’s Emily Shelton, Dylan Suth, and Jamie Campbell Selected for Commercial Real Estate Leadership Programs

Patterson is proud to announce that Emily Shelton was recently selected to participate in ULI Atlanta’s Center for Leadership Class of 2025. The mission of the nine-month program is to cultivate leadership and life-strategy skills by teaching emerging leaders in the real estate and land use industries how the Atlanta region gets built and how their decisions shape the future of the built environment.

Similarly, Patterson team members Dylan Suth and Jamie Campbell were selected for and have been participating in the 2024 NAIOP Future Leaders program which aims to create an avenue for service in NAIOP GA Chapter leadership, connect with other future and developing leaders in the real estate industry, and carry out NAIOP GA Chapter initiatives through education, networking, communication, and service.

“I want to extend my congratulations to Emily for her selection into ULI’s Center for Leadership program, and also recognize Dylan and Jamie for their involvement in the NAIOP Future Leaders Program,” said Lance Patterson, founder and CEO of Patterson. “Their inclusion in these prestigious programs highlights the exceptional talent within our organization.
