BENNETT SOUTER

Bennett Souter joined Patterson in 2023 as a Senior Analyst responsible for underwriting investments and developments, preparing financial models and processing investment offerings. As a member of the transaction team, Bennett works directly with clients to create appropriate capital solutions for their unique real estate opportunities.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining the firm, Bennett spent five years at Truist Bank on both its commercial real estate lending and its investment banking platforms. Most recently, Bennett was an analyst for Truist Securities’ Structured Real Estate Group, a division of Truist’s investment bank which acts as a principal investor in net lease investments across the country, primarily through sale-leaseback and build-to-suit transactions. During his time at Truist Securities, Bennett assisted the group in the execution of over $350 million in transactions.
