CAROLINE LYLES

Caroline joined Patterson in 2026 as an Analyst responsible for underwriting investments and developments, preparing financial models and processing investment offerings. As a member of the transaction team, Caroline works directly with clients to create appropriate capital solutions for their unique real estate opportunities.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining Patterson, Caroline was an analyst in Truist Securities’ Healthcare Investment Banking group. In this role, she supported the sale of healthcare service companies through financial modeling, preparation of marketing materials, and coordination of due diligence. She worked closely with management teams, external advisors, and senior bankers throughout transaction processes. Prior joining Truist full-time, Caroline completed internships at Truist and T5 Data Centers.

EDUCATION

Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, University of Georgia

Caroline is originally from Atlanta, GA where she attended Holy Innocents’ Episcopal School. In her free time, she enjoys art, traveling, cooking, baking, and being at the lake with friends and family.
