CHANCE GORDON

Chance Gordon joined Patterson in 2024 as an Analyst responsible for underwriting investments and developments, preparing financial models and processing investment offerings. As a member of the transaction team, Chance works directly with clients to create appropriate capital solutions for their unique real estate opportunities. During his time at Patterson, Chance has been directly involved in the closing of 10 transactions across multiple asset classes, totaling $348 million in total capital raised.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining Patterson, Chance interned with Landmark Properties’ Student Housing Development team during his final year at the University of Georgia. Previously he completed internship programs in property management, brokerage, and civil engineering / contracting.
