CLAIRE CRESSMAN

Claire joined Patterson in 2022 as an Operations Associate. In her role as Operations Manager, she is responsible for a wide range of operational functions related to marketing, social media, IT, compliance, budgetary matters, financial performance reporting, and HR.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining Patterson, Claire worked as a Client Services Coordinator for MD Realty, a residential real estate company in Birmingham, Alabama. Previously, Claire worked in residential mortgage lending at NewDay USA in Fulton, Maryland. Claire began working as a Credit Analyst in 2016, providing administrative support to processing, sales, and closing departments. In 2017 she was promoted to the position of Loan Processor, and after earning her Certified Residential Underwriter designation with the Mortgage Bankers Association in 2018, Claire worked as a Junior Underwriter until 2019.

LIFESTYLE

Claire grew up in Birmingham, Alabama, where she attended the Alabama School of Fine Arts for dance and theatre arts. Claire enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and being outdoors.
