JAMIE CAMPBELL

Jamie Campbell joined Patterson in spring of 2019 and currently serves as an Associate where she is involved in all aspects of capital placement and advisory assignments. In this role, Jamie oversees analytical production, assists in creating project offering materials, interfaces with capital and clients, and assists in the closing process. Since joining Patterson, Jamie has directly assisted in raising capital for over 50 transactions totaling $1.2 billion in debt and equity financing. These transactions span across various property types including office, multifamily, industrial, hospitality, and student housing, and include ground-up construction, value-add, and permanent financings.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining Patterson, Jamie was a risk consultant in the Financial Services group for Crowe LLP. While there, she tested internal controls related to Sarbanes Oxley, FDIC Improvement Act, and various other areas within financial institutions including deposit operations, commercial lending, mortgage lending, ACH and wire transfer. She worked directly with clients providing action-oriented recommendations on operating effectiveness and internal controls.

Jamie is originally from Atlanta and attended college at the University of Georgia. She loves traveling, trying new restaurants, being outdoors, and cheering on the Dawgs at UGA sporting events.
