JAVI MORALES
Javi Morales joined Patterson in 2020 as an associate responsible for the preparation of project offering materials that utilize financial analysis, market data, and due diligence information to determine potential capital solutions for each project’s unique set of challenges. In this role, Javi interfaces directly with both clients and capital across multiple asset types. Javi utilizes his experience in the construction industry to better understand how clients strategize and execute their real estate opportunities throughout the life cycle of a project.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Patterson, Javi was a project manager for The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, leading the execution of several construction projects throughout Georgia, South Carolina, and Washington, D.C. Over the course of seven years at Whiting-Turner, Javi participated in over $1 billion of construction projects and had the opportunity to manage projects in the education, cultural, transportation, and mission critical sectors. Javi’s involvement with a variety of asset types afforded him the opportunity to collaborate closely with a diverse group of clients and project teams.

Originally from Washington, D.C., Javi relocated to Atlanta in 2016. He is an avid fan of Virginia Tech and D.C. area sports and enjoys getting outdoors to play soccer and golf.
