KATIE BUSCH

Katie Busch joined Patterson in 2020 and currently serves as an Associate where she is involved in all aspects of capital placement and advisory assignments. In this role, Katie oversees analytical production, assists in creating project offering materials, interfaces with capital and clients, and assists in the closing process. Since joining Patterson, she has directly assisted in over 30 transactions totaling over $1.2 billion in debt and equity financing.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining Patterson, Katie was a summer analyst in SunTrust Bank’s (n/k/a Truist Bank) Commercial Real Estate group. While at SunTrust, Katie worked with the Georgia regional team to provide debt origination and underwriting support related to commercial real estate transactions.

Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Cum Laude, Honors Program – University of Georgia

LIFESTYLE

Katie is originally from Kennesaw, Georgia where she attended the Walker School. She played one year of collegiate tennis for Case Western Reserve University before transferring to the University of Georgia. She enjoys traveling, spending time with her family in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina and cheering for the Georgia Bulldawgs.
