Ken Grimes & Bill Mealor at ULI South Carolina’s 17th Annual Capital Markets Conference

Ken Grimes, Senior Managing Director & Partner at Patterson, once again served as Co-Chair of the Capital Markets Conference, helping guide the vision, content, and execution of this year’s program. Ken also delivered the opening remarks on Day 1, kicking off two days of meaningful conversations around capital markets, development trends, and what’s ahead for the industry.

In addition, Bill Mealor, Co-Managing Partner at Patterson, served as Moderator for the “Financing the Future: Trends in Capital Markets” panel, featuring leaders from Synovus, Singerman Real Estate, and The Carlyle Group.
