Lance Patterson Serves as Panelist for BisNow’s Atlanta State of the Market

Lance Patterson, CEO & Founder of Patterson Real Estate Advisory Group, recently joined fellow industry leaders as a panelist at Bisnow’s Atlanta State of the Market.

Lance participated in the “Navigating the Deal Environment: A Capital Markets & Investment Outlook” panel alongside Norman Radow, Founder & CEO of The RADCO Companies ®; J.R. Patel, Managing Partner of JMS Family Office; Jeffrey Graham, Managing Partner of The Graham Group; and Chris Kacena, Managing Partner of KJA Architecture. The discussion was moderated by McRae Thompson, Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting.

The panel explored where investors are deploying capital, what it takes to get deals done in today’s environment, and how the evolving lending landscape continues to shape commercial real estate in Atlanta and beyond.
