LAUREN HANLEY

Lauren joined Patterson in 2020 to lead the firm’s efforts in Florida and expansion into the Tampa market. Lauren has spent her career in commercial real estate finance, structuring capital for developers and investors.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining Patterson, Lauren spent fourteen years with NorthMarq, a national mortgage banking firm. Lauren structured debt and equity placements through relationships with a variety of capital providers including life insurance companies, CMBS platforms, agency lenders, banks, debt funds and equity investors.

CCIM Institute Designee (Certified Commercial Investment Member)

INDUSTRY INVOLVEMENT

Lauren is active in many industry organizations including ULI (Urban Land Institute), CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women), REIC (Real Estate Investment Council), and SOREP (The Society of Real Estate Professionals). She currently serves on the Executive Board of ULI Tampa Bay, the Executive Board of the FSU Real Estate Center and has held leadership roles within CREW Tampa Bay. She also holds a real estate sales license in Florida.

LIFESTYLE

Lauren is a lifetime resident of the sunshine state and supports various charitable causes, currently serving on the Board of Directors for a locally based nonprofit, Creative Clay.
