Luke Christian joined Patterson in 2022 as an Analyst responsible for underwriting investments and developments, preparing financial models and processing investment offerings. As a member of the transaction team, Luke works directly with clients to create appropriate capital solutions for their unique real estate opportunities.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining the firm as a full-time Analyst, Luke was an Associate Advisor at BellStreet. While at BellStreet, Luke specialized in commercial real estate investment sales throughout the Southeast where he worked directly with clients facilitating the sale of their investment properties.

Luke is originally from Dacula, GA where he attended Mill Creek High School. In his free time, Luke enjoys being on the lake with family and friends and cheering on the Atlanta Braves and the Georgia Bulldawgs.
