Third & Urban and Angelo Gordon recently announced the closing of acquisition and construction financing for its 260,000 square foot FreeMoreWest Portfolio, a collection of four buildings in the FreeMoreWest neighborhood of Charlotte, NC. Patterson Real Advisory Group arranged debt financing with Cadence Bank and structured a joint venture partnership between Third & Urban and Angelo Gordon. The partnership will reposition the buildings into class A creative office and mixed-use offerings.
