Patterson Arranges Construction Financing for Downtown Charleston Multi-Family Project
Patterson served as capital advisor to White Point Partners for a 190-unit Class-A multifamily development to be built between King and Meeting Streets in downtown Charleston, South Carolina. Hybrid construction financing will consist of credit enhancement from Worthington Hyde of Atlanta and a mezzanine loan on top of a senior construction loan from Synovus Bank.
