Congratulations to our friends at The Atlantic Companies, LLC and SouthState Bank on their closing of Hillrose Market in Downtown Roswell! Hillrose Market will be a mixed-use community located across from City Hall near Canton St and will feature luxury apartments, townhomes, 75,000 SF of retail and office space, and a parking garage funded through a revenue bond issued by Roswell’s Downtown Development Authority. We are excited to see this project come to life!
