Patterson Arranges Financing for Mixed-Use Project on the BeltLine in Atlanta

Patterson Real Estate Advisory Group assisted Ackerman & Co., LLC and MDH Partners with the financing of Lee + White, a project along a 0.5 mile stretch of the Atlanta BeltLine consisting of existing light-industrial buildings totaling 423,000 SF that have been partially adapted for mixed-use purposes. The redevelopment plan includes creative loft office space, a food collective, new retail outlets, and Class A multifamily. Financing was through MetLife Investment Management.
