Patterson Arranges Financing for Redevelopment of Historic Naval Storehouses in Charleston, SC

Patterson Real Estate Advisory Group assisted WECCO Development and Weaver Capital Partners with the financing of Storehouse 8 & 9. The project will convert two historic storehouses into mixed-use space for restaurants, retail, office space, and apartments. It represents the first step of a multi-phase redevelopment project, which will transform 79-acres of a former naval base in North Charleston into a mixed-use neighborhood.
