Patterson Arranges Financing for the Acquisition of The Asher at Sugarloaf

Patterson Real Estate Advisory Group is proud to announce the successful financing for the acquisition of The Asher at Sugarloaf, a 260-unit multifamily community in Lawrenceville, GA. Patterson served as capital advisor to Elmington Residential, helping secure equity financing from American South Capital Partners (ASCP). The transaction will help preserve much-needed affordable and workforce housing in the Atlanta market.
