Patterson Real Estate Advisory Group assisted Loudermilk Companies in closing permanent financing for 881 Midtown, a 51,554 SF jewel-box office and retail asset located at the northeast corner of Peachtree Street and 7th Street in the heart of Midtown Atlanta. Financing was through Georgia-based Synovus Bank.
