Patterson Real Estate Advisory Group is pleased to announce the recent closing of Drew Valley Townhomes, a 43-unit, luxury for-sale townhome development located on a 2.5-acre site on Drew Valley Road in Brookhaven, GA.

Patterson served as the capital advisor to Milepost Development, arranging the senior loan with Cadence Bank and the equity investment with Toccoa Capital Management.
