OUR PARTNERSHIP WITH

GEORGIA STATE UNIVERSITY

ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIP

The Patterson Real Estate Advisory Group Scholarship was established in 2021 by Lance Patterson and his wife Jill McEntegart to provide scholarship support to students of color studying Real Estate at the Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson (JMR) College of Business who have outstanding character, demonstrate academic achievement and are active in the community. Two recipients are selected annually.

INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

Patterson’s part-time internship program was created to offer undergraduate students of color with a demonstrated interest in real estate and/or finance a broad introduction to the world of commercial real estate.  Internships are seasonal and designed to provide participants exposure to real world real estate transactions through work on market or product research, data analysis, assistance with processing investment offerings and other projects. Interns learn about transactions and market trends by participating in internal meetings. They may also have opportunities to sit in on client and/or capital meetings for a first-hand look at the way transactions are managed.
