Patterson Serves as Capital Advisor for New Hotel in Atlanta’s Buckhead Village District
Regent Partners and Loudermilk Companies have teamed up to bring the Thompson hotel brand to Atlanta in the heart of the Buckhead Village. Patterson served as the capital advisor, helping raise both the construction debt and equity. The team closed the vertical capital stack on March 6, 2020, and construction began immediately.
