Patterson’s Lauren Hanley Participates on Tampa Panel for Chicago Booth School of Business

Lauren Hanley, Managing Director for Patterson Real Estate Advisory Group and head of the firm’s Tampa office, recently served on a panel with other local commercial real estate leaders to discuss the dynamics they are seeing in their organizations, projects and the broader landscape. The panel was hosted by The University of Chicago Booth School of Business Tampa Bay Alumni Group & Friends meeting on the topic of Commercial Real Estate Growth & Development in Tampa Bay.

Lauren was joined by Donald Bly of Strategic Property Partners, Mack Feldman of Feldman Equities, Andrew Pierce of Suffolk Construction, and John (JC) Hudgison from the City of Tampa. The panel was moderated by Matt Siegel of Colliers.
