Patterson’s Terry Hughes Serves as Chair of ULI Nashville NEXT Initiative
ULI Nashville NEXT is an initiative aimed to identify, connect and elevate the next generation of leaders from mid-career professionals age 35 to (approximately) 45 years. The program officially kicked-off on April 5, 2018, with an inaugural social event that included a brief overview of the program, along with its goals, structure, participants, content, programming and benefits.
Terry Hughes, Director of Patterson Real Estate Advisory Group in Nashville, initiated and chairs the group. Rose Faeges-Easton, Director for ULI Nashville, commented that, “Terry’s leadership in initiating and now co-chairing our new NEXT initiative…has been instrumental in what promises to be a successful endeavor. I’m confident, under his co-chairmanship, this will be a valued addition to our already full menu of ULI Nashville offerings.”
