SUZANNE HOLMAN

Suzanne joined Patterson in July 2017 as its first Chief Operating Officer.  In this capacity, she oversees all areas of operations including marketing, media relations, information technology, human resources/benefits, payroll and 401k administration, budgeting and accounts payable, office lease administration, and insurance.  As a member of the senior management team, she plays a key role in strategic initiatives such as short- and long-term business plan development, employee compensation, analysis of peer company performance, and development of the company’s proprietary database system.  Suzanne also serves as a liaison to the firm’s board of advisors.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining Patterson, Suzanne was a Vice President for Legal/Acquisitions & Dispositions at Post Properties (a publicly traded real estate investment trust) for almost 17 years.  She served as primary liaison with brokers, buyers/sellers and within Post’s corporate departments for all acquisition and disposition activity.  Her total transaction history included more than $2.1 billion in closings, representing 50 luxury multi-family communities in 11 major markets.  She performed corporate due diligence for all transactions.

Prior to Post, Suzanne’s professional history was in media relations, most notably with the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce and the Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games.

LIFESTYLE

Suzanne lives in Flowery Branch, Georgia with her husband and two teenage sons.  She volunteers actively in her sons’ schools, and at Hamilton Mill United Methodist Church where she serves on two advisory committees and has been a small group leader for many years.  Suzanne enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and being near the water.
