SUZANNE HOLMAN

As COO of Patterson since 2017, Suzanne Holman leads all areas of the firm’s internal operations with a focus on collaboration and results. She manages a broad range of functions—including budgeting, payroll, HR, IT and AI, insurance, compliance, taxation, retirement plans, marketing, media relations, and office administration.

Suzanne is an active member of the senior management team, playing a key role in business planning, compensation programs, peer company analysis, and the evolution of Patterson’s proprietary database system. She is also leading the firm’s effort to explore and implement strategic AI solutions. Suzanne serves as a liaison to the firm’s board of advisors, collaborating to help shape strategic direction and build value for the organization.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining Patterson, Suzanne was with Post Properties, Inc. (“Post”) for 17 years. She functioned as deal quarterback for Post’s multifamily acquisitions and dispositions across the country. Her transaction history included more than $2.1 billion in closings, representing fifty luxury multi-family communities in eleven major markets. She led corporate due diligence for all transactions.

Prior to Post, Suzanne’s professional history was in media relations, most notably with the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce and the Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games where she served as Deputy Press Chief of Centennial Olympic Park.

LIFESTYLE

Suzanne lives in Flowery Branch, Georgia with her husband and two sons. She is active in her church and enjoys being with family and friends, reading, traveling, and spending time on Lake Appalachia in North Carolina.
