Walker Saint joined Patterson in 2023 as an Analyst responsible for underwriting investments and developments, preparing financial models and processing investment offerings. As a member of the transaction team, Walker works directly with clients to create appropriate capital solutions for their unique real estate opportunities.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining the firm as a full-time Analyst, Walker was an intern for Patterson assisting the transaction team in the execution of debt and equity assignments.

Bachelor of Science in Finance, Wake Forest University

LIFESTYLE
Walker is originally from Atlanta, GA where he attended The Lovett High School. In his free time, Walker enjoys watching sports and a variety of things to keep him active like skiing and golfing. He also enjoys spending time with friends and family on the beaches of North Carolina.
