Welcoming Our Fall 2024 Intern, Dream Nelson!

Patterson Real Estate Advisory Group is pleased to announce the addition of our fall 2024 intern, Dream Nelson. A senior at Georgia State University, Dream is pursuing her Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on real estate and finance. Her primary interest is in commercial real estate, specifically in asset management and development.

During her internship, Dream aims to deepen her understanding of capital markets, loan structures, and financial modeling. “I’m excited for my fall internship with Patterson,” Dream shared. “The leadership, industry expertise, and commitment to mentorship create an exceptional environment for growth. I’m eager to learn and contribute to such a dynamic team.”
