Dylan Suth, Associate Director at Patterson Real Estate Advisory Group, recently participated in the University of West Georgia’s Wolves of Wall Street event. The event brought together industry leaders to discuss key financial concepts, including power and infrastructure investment, the banking sector, private credit, fixed income trading, and the future of AI. Dylan focused on the latest trends in mixed-use developments and the data center space, offering students insights into emerging trends as well as the challenges and opportunities in the commercial real estate sector.

The panel also featured Kevin Blair, CEO of Synovus Bank; Keats Baldwin, Executive Director at JP Morgan; Alan McKnight, CIO at Regions Bank; William Crawford, CEO of Pacolet Milliken; and David Mayo, Head of Fixed Income at Security Capital. The event provided students with insights into various career paths, emerging trends, and the challenges and opportunities in the financial services industry from a diverse set of perspectives.
