Patterson Real Estate Advisory Group is happy  to announce the recent closing of The Sinclair at Ellenton, a 217-unit, Class A garden-style multifamily development situated on a ±14-acre site along the border of Ellenton and Parrish, Florida, within the Sarasota MSA.
Patterson served as capital advisor to Brook Farm Group arranging the senior construction loan with First Horizon Bank and preferred equity financing with Fundrise.
