Patterson Real Estate Advisory Group is happy to announce the closing on bridge financing for 1819 Peachtree, a 133,000 SF, seven-story medical office building prominently located along Peachtree Road in Atlanta, Georgia. Patterson served as capital advisor to Holder Properties arranging the bridge loan financing with First Carolina Bank.

Patterson Real Estate Advisory Group is pleased to announce the successful refinancing of the Charleston Infill Industrial Portfolio, a six-property, ±400,000 SF light industrial/warehouse portfolio across Charleston and Beaufort, SC.

Earlier this year, RCB Development recapitalized the Portfolio with SilverCap Partners, followed by a refinancing in November 2025 with a new senior loan from Ameris Bank. Patterson served as the exclusive capital advisor to RCB on both transactions.

“As we’ve assembled this portfolio over the past decade, we’ve seen growing institutional interest in the shallow bay industrial market,” said Alex Fraser of RCB. “Partnering with SCP and Ameris allows us to deliver a successful outcome for our investors while laying the foundation for future growth.”
