Patterson Real Estate Advisory Group is proud to announce the completion of our 500th transaction, assisting Albany Road Real Estate Partners in securing financing from Ameris Bank for the acquisition of Capital Circle Commerce Park.

This six-building, 181,100 SF industrial park, located in Tallahassee, Florida, is 99% leased to a diverse mix of tenants, including several national companies and is positioned in one of the tightest industrial submarkets in the state.

Patterson arranged $73.6 million of preferred equity financing for the project from EB5 Capital.

“Prime West has a 40-year track record of successfully developing projects across the Front Range, and we’re thrilled to begin our first multifamily development in the Vail Valley.
