Ken Grimes & Lance Patterson at ULI South Carolina’s 16th Annual Capital Markets Conference

We’re proud to highlight Ken Grimes, Senior Managing Director and Partner at Patterson Real Estate Advisory Group, who served as Co-Chair of the ULI South Carolina 16th Annual Capital Markets Conference alongside Katie Blum of East West Partners. Ken not only helped lead this important event, but also delivered the opening remarks, setting the stage for two days of insightful discussions and thought leadership in the capital markets sector.

In addition, Lance Patterson, CEO and Founder of Patterson Real Estate Advisory Group, attended the conference and participated in the session “Capital Confusion 2.0 – Emerging from the Fog: A Capital Markets Discussion.” Lance shared his expertise alongside a distinguished panel of industry leaders: John Cannon, Pinnacle Financial Partners; Robert Niedzwiecki, JP Morgan Investment Management; and Rachel Hunter-Goldman, KKR.
