Patterson Facilitates Construction Financing for Carter’s Story Multifamily Portfolio
Patterson Real Estate Advisory Group was pleased to facilitate construction financing for two new multifamily projects within Carter’s Story Portfolio. The two projects, Story Mt. Zion and Story University North, are located just outside of Downtown Atlanta and Uptown Charlotte, respectively, and will be the sixth and seventh of Carter’s Story-branded communities. Construction financing for Story Mt. Zion will be provided by Truist while South State Bank will finance the construction of Story University North.
