Patterson Arranges Acquisition Financing for Multi-Story Office Portfolio in Charlotte MSA
Patterson served as capital adviser for OA Development on its recent acquisition of the Park at Huntersville, a five-building, 396,000-square foot office portfolio located in the Charlotte MSA along the I-77 corridor. Acquisition financing was arranged through Principal Real Estate Investors.
