Patterson Real Estate Advisory Group Arranges Fee Development Agreement for a Build-To-Rent Community in Hapeville, Georgia

Patterson Real Estate Advisory Group is pleased to announce the successful arrangement of a fee development agreement between Maymont Homes and Norhaven Partners for the development of 3335 Dogwood Drive, a 58-unit build-to-rent (BTR) community in Hapeville, Georgia.

Patterson facilitated the deal for Maymont Homes and Norhaven Partners, strategically bringing together these companies for an innovative project that is set to meet the growing demand for high-quality rental housing in the Atlanta metro area. Norhaven Partners will fee develop 3335 Dogwood Drive on behalf of Maymont Homes.
