OneStreet Residential, with the assistance of its capital advisor, Patterson Real Estate Advisory Group, successfully closed construction financing for Hayloft Cottages – Holly Springs, a 115-unit, Class A age-restricted (55+), cottage development in Holly Springs, GA. Patterson arranged the construction loan with a local, midsize bank.
